Trinity in the News
For more than a decade, Trinity has been hosting our Giant Community Yard Sales on the Montgomery Ave side church yard on the first Saturday of the month from May through September. Our July event was a great success, with sunshine and a nice breeze making it a pleasant day for shoppers and sellers alike. So many people were on the grounds that our sellers reported they had a great day, and Trinity volunteers knew there were many on the grounds because our food and bake sale items were a complete sell out! Not only that, but the Times Leader stopped by while covering a similar sale at the Salvation Army because they had heard about our wonderful and longstanding community event. Check out the Times Leader story here and stop by on August 6 to check out the next sale for yourself! Seller’s spots available for just $10–contact the parish office at 570-654-3261.
